About
Geographic coverage: France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
ADVERTCIX serves three neighbouring markets that share similar construction logics while keeping their own regulatory frameworks and decision practices.
- Three markets served
- Local differences taken into account
- International partnerships possible where relevant
What our coverage means
Serving a market means running commercial work there, not holding premises there.
ADVERTCIX supports companies across three markets: France, Belgium and Luxembourg. These markets are served from our registered office; we have no offices, subsidiaries or staff based outside it.
That distinction matters. Commercial work can be run effectively at a distance provided the market is read correctly; implying a local presence that does not exist would distort the relationship from the first exchange.
Registration details and the address of the registered office are published in the legal notice.
The three markets
Similar logics, distinct frameworks.
France
The primary market, with a high density of participants and a marked separation between clients, design teams, general contractors and specialist subcontractors.
Belgium
A market organised around regions holding their own competences in planning and construction, which affects decision paths and calendars.
Luxembourg
A small but dense market with a significant share of international participants and a high proportion of commercial and residential operations.
Cross-border areas
Projects near borders often involve participants from several markets; targeting accounts for that.
How we adapt the work
The process stays the same; the parameters change.
Selection criteria, targeted functions and the timing of approaches are adjusted to the market concerned. The same offer does not address the same counterparts depending on whether the project is French public procurement, a Belgian private operation or a Luxembourg programme.
Language of exchange
Approaches are conducted in French or English depending on the counterpart and local practice.
Decision paths
The level at which a decision is taken varies by market and by type of client organisation.
Calendars
Consultation rhythms and quiet periods differ from one market to another.
Terminology
Job titles and project-phase names do not always map across; the messaging accounts for that.
Scope and limits
What our coverage does not include.
- We have no offices, subsidiaries or staff based in Belgium or Luxembourg.
- We provide no legal representation or company domiciliation in those markets.
- We provide no local legal, tax or regulatory advice.
- We are not involved in project execution or site management.
Our work is limited to commercial connection and business development.
International partnerships
Requests beyond these three markets can be examined where they are genuinely relevant.
Some efforts involve organisations located outside France, Belgium and Luxembourg: a supplier looking for a distributor, a foreign investor examining a local operation, or a company seeking a technical partnership.
We can support this kind of situation when the objective remains a connection between identifiable organisations and the scope stays realistic. Such support implies no physical presence outside our registered office and does not constitute general coverage of those markets.
Where a request goes beyond what we can handle seriously, we say so rather than accept a scope we cannot master.
Objectives tied to geography
Three situations that recur across these markets.
