How ADVERTCIX handles personal data in connection with the advertcix.fr website and the enquiries it receives.

When the forms are connected to a processing service, this policy will be updated before they go live, to state the applicable purposes, recipients and retention periods.
Actual exchanges with ADVERTCIX currently take place by email, at the visitor's initiative.

Data supplied voluntarily
When you write to ADVERTCIX, the information you choose to share is used to answer your enquiry. The website's forms provide for the following fields, which correspond to the information useful in qualifying a professional enquiry:
- first name and last name
- organisation name
- professional email address
- telephone number (optional)
- country or area of activity
- type of organisation
- service or subject concerned
- enquiry category
- organisation website address, where applicable
- free-text message content
These fields will become data actually transmitted once the forms are connected. Today, only information you send by email reaches ADVERTCIX.
Technical data
As with any online service, displaying a page requires a technical exchange between your browser and the infrastructure hosting the website. That exchange involves technical data such as the connecting IP address, the page requested and browser characteristics. This data is necessary to deliver and secure the service.
ADVERTCIX does not use this technical data for audience measurement, profiling or advertising, and no analytics tool is installed on the website.
Preference data
A single value is stored locally in your browser: the choice you express in the cookie interface. That value stays on your device and is not transmitted to ADVERTCIX.

Required and optional fields
In the website's forms, required fields are marked. They correspond to the minimum information needed to understand and route an enquiry. Other fields, in particular the telephone number, are optional: leaving them empty does not prevent an enquiry from being handled.

No form-processing subprocessor, no customer relationship management tool and no analytics provider is used at this time. No data is sold, rented or passed to third parties for prospecting purposes.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area
ADVERTCIX carries out no transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area for commercial, statistical or advertising purposes.
The website is hosted by a provider headquartered in the United States. Identifying that hosting provider does not, in itself, mean that visitors' personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area: this depends on the technical architecture in place and on where processing actually occurs.

Retention periods
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose pursued, then deleted or archived in line with applicable obligations.

Where reasonable doubt exists as to the identity of the person making the request, proportionate evidence may be requested, only to the extent necessary for verification, and it is not retained beyond that verification.

ADVERTCIX applies organisational and technical measures that are reasonable given the nature of the website: pages served over HTTPS, access limited to authorised personnel, a deliberately small number of third-party tools and no tracking tools.
No measure can guarantee absolute security on an open network. ADVERTCIX claims no security certification and does not assert that it is immune to incidents.
