Terms of use
Website Terms of Use
Rules applicable to consulting and using the advertcix.fr website.
Last updated: 31 July 2026
These terms govern the use of the advertcix.fr website. They concern the website itself. They are not sales terms, a mandate, an introducer agreement or service terms: any commercial collaboration is covered by separate contractual documentation.
01
Purpose
The purpose of these terms is to set out how the advertcix.fr website, published by ADVERTCIX LTD, is made available, and the rules of use applicable to anyone consulting it.
Using the website means you have taken note of these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the website.
02
Website access
The website is freely accessible, with no account creation or registration. It has no client area, no portal and no payment service. Connection costs and the necessary equipment remain the visitor's responsibility.
03
Permitted use
- consulting the website's pages for professional information purposes
- contacting ADVERTCIX about a genuine requirement
- quoting a page from the website with a clear source reference and a link to the original page
04
Prohibited behaviour
- attempting to access non-public parts of the website or to circumvent a security measure
- disrupting the operation of the website, in particular through an abnormal volume of requests
- systematically extracting or reusing website content, in particular through automated scraping
- reproducing, adapting or commercially exploiting website content without written authorisation
- using published email addresses for unsolicited prospecting
- submitting unlawful, defamatory or rights-infringing content through the forms
05
Intellectual property
The website's content is protected. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property right to the visitor.
Applicable rights are set out in detail in the Legal Notice.
06
Content accuracy
Published content, including guides, insights, glossary entries and process descriptions, is general in nature. It does not take your particular circumstances into account and is neither legal advice, nor financial advice, nor a guarantee of commercial results.
ADVERTCIX guarantees no commercial outcome: no acquisition of clients, no award of projects, no predetermined quality of opportunities and no revenue growth.
07
External links
Links to third-party sites are provided for information. Their content is the responsibility of their operators. The presence of a link implies no endorsement, partnership or control.
08
Website availability
ADVERTCIX endeavours to keep the website accessible without committing to continuous availability. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security reasons or for reasons beyond the publisher's control. The website may also evolve, and sections may be changed.
09
Information submitted by the visitor
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and must have the right to share it, in particular where it concerns your organisation or third parties.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10
Enquiry forms
Sending or attempting to send an enquiry creates no contract, no mandate, no exclusivity, no agency relationship and no obligation to provide services.
11
No automatic commercial relationship
- using the website creates no client relationship
- an enquiry sent to ADVERTCIX does not constitute acceptance by ADVERTCIX
- any introduction or opportunity presented is subject to prior review and a separate agreement
- any commercial service requires specific contractual documentation setting out scope, arrangements and remuneration
12
Confidentiality of exchanges
Public forms and ordinary email are not a secure channel. You are advised not to send highly confidential or commercially sensitive information through them, such as detailed pricing, non-public tender documents or material covered by a confidentiality undertaking.
Sending an enquiry through the website does not create a non-disclosure agreement. Where an exchange warrants it, a confidentiality framework can be agreed separately and an appropriate channel put in place.
13
Limitation of liability
ADVERTCIX cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the website that does not comply with these terms, from temporary unavailability, or from decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information published.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit ADVERTCIX's liability where applicable law does not permit it, in particular in cases of gross or wilful misconduct or of personal injury.
14
Governing framework
The website is operated by ADVERTCIX LTD, a company registered in France with its registered office in Neuilly-sur-Seine. These terms are drafted in French; the French version prevails in the event of any discrepancy with a translation.
No exclusive jurisdiction clause is stipulated in this version. The applicable law and competent court are determined in accordance with the applicable legal rules, in particular depending on the capacity in which the visitor acts.
15
Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended to reflect changes to the website or to the applicable framework. The version in force is the one published on this page at the date shown.
