Processes: how a commercial collaboration unfolds.
How ADVERTCIX usually approaches a collaboration, from initial framing to regular review, described in its main stages.
- Stages described in their general logic
- No confidential method disclosed
- Adapted to each company's context
Describing a way of working, without exposing a method
Understanding how things unfold lets you arrive prepared for a first conversation.
This page describes the general stages of a commercial collaboration with ADVERTCIX. It explains what happens, in what order and why, so you know what to expect before a first conversation.
It does not detail our internal criteria, our sources, or how we practically organise the identification of contacts. Those elements are part of our expertise and of the confidentiality we owe the companies we work with.
The sequence described is a framework: it adapts to company size, the nature of the objective and the territories concerned.
The stages of a collaboration
Five stages, each of which conditions the next.
- 01
Framing
An initial conversation establishes your commercial objective, your offer, your territories and your available capacity. This stage determines whether an approach makes sense before anything else is considered.
- 02
Setting criteria
Relevance criteria are written down with you: project types, contact profiles, operation sizes, priority territories, and situations to exclude.
- 03
Identification
Contacts matching those criteria are identified, then examined for genuine relevance rather than sector membership alone.
- 04
Contact and introduction
Contact is arranged professionally and documented, with the reason for the exchange stated clearly to each party.
- 05
Follow-up and review
Active exchanges are followed up, and the scope is adjusted when feedback shows a criterion is worth revisiting.
The pace of these stages depends on your market's decision cycle, not on a standard calendar.
What is expected of each party
A commercial collaboration requires a contribution from both sides.
From you
An honest description of your offer, your available capacity and what you would rather not handle, plus a reachable contact for active exchanges.
From us
Rigorous framing, written criteria, professional contact and a clear account of what is working and what is not.
Together
A regular review of the scope, so the approach stays aligned with your operational reality.
Principles applied throughout the collaboration
These principles frame every stage described above.
- A written scope rather than an implicit one
- Contact that is identified and justified
- A record of active exchanges
- Feedback reported back, including negative feedback
- Adjustment rather than artificially maintaining an approach
- Discretion about the information each party shares
These principles are set out in the About section, particularly on the Our approach and Our methodology pages.
What this process does not do
Describing a sequence also means stating its limits.
It does not guarantee volume
The number of relevant exchanges depends on the market targeted and the scope agreed, not on method alone.
It does not replace your expertise
Technical assessment of a project and the final commercial decision remain yours.
It does not impose a calendar
Construction decision cycles cannot be compressed artificially.
It does not commit your contacts
An introduction opens a conversation; it determines no contractual outcome.
