About

Our mission: making commercial development legible and addressable.

ADVERTCIX helps organisations across the construction ecosystem turn a commercial ambition into a structured, targeted and followed-up effort.

  • A connection problem, not a communication problem
  • A method rather than a promise of volume
  • A long-term direction, without announcements

Why we exist

In construction the opportunities exist. What is missing is the structure needed to reach them.

Companies in the sector spend most of their energy building, delivering and coordinating. Commercial development is often handled intermittently: when the order book thins, when a market closes, when a strategic project suddenly requires new counterparts.

ADVERTCIX exists to make that activity continuous and legible. We formalise what usually stays implicit: who to approach, why, with which message, in what order, and how to resume a conversation that does not conclude immediately.

Our mission is not to replace existing commercial teams. It is to give them a workable framework and relevant counterparts, so that available time goes to the conversations that matter.

The problem we address

Commercial difficulty in the sector rarely comes from a lack of offer. It comes from the structure of the market.

A fragmented market, long cycles and collective decisions make connection difficult to sustain. Efforts stop, contacts are lost, and the work starts again from zero at each new need.

  1. 01

    Fragmented participants

Clients, design teams, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers intervene at different moments. Identifying the right counterpart at the right time requires reading the project accurately.

  2. 02

    Long cycles

Months can pass between a first exchange and a decision. Without organised follow-up, the initial conversation produces nothing.

  3. 03

    Shared decisions

Several functions contribute to the same decision. A single contact rarely moves a file forward.

  4. 04

    Discontinuous effort

Business development is often switched on in bursts. Without continuity, no usable base of relationships accumulates.

Our response

A structured effort applied consistently rather than intensively.

We always start from the client's commercial objective, not from a catalogue of services. That objective determines the scope, the type of counterpart, the message and the pace of contact.

Every stage produces something the client can use, including if they decide to continue alone. A successful engagement leaves behind a capability, not a dependency.

  • Start from the objective

The starting point is an explicit commercial intent: a market, a project type, a partner type.

  • Narrow before widening

A narrow, well-understood scope is preferable to broad, approximate coverage.

  • Document each stage

Targeting, arguments, exchanges and responses are recorded so they remain usable afterwards.

  • Extend over time

Contacts that do not convert immediately stay qualified and can be resumed later.

Who this mission serves

We work with organisations across the construction ecosystem, whatever their size or position in the value chain.

  • Companies seeking new markets

Organisations looking to reduce dependence on one client, one territory or one project type.

  • Companies launching an offer

Businesses that need a product, technique or service to become known to specific counterparts.

  • Organisations without a dedicated sales function

Structures where business development rests on management or on teams already absorbed by operations.

  • Existing commercial teams

Leaders who want to strengthen the upstream work — targeting, qualification, first contact — without changing their organisation.

What we do not do

Setting a clear boundary is part of the mission.

  • We do not guarantee commercial results: no serious provider can commit a third party's decision.
  • We do not send mass, untargeted solicitations.
  • We do not replace negotiation, pricing or contracting, which remain with the client.
  • We do not publish client references without explicit authorisation.

These limits are stated during framing so that expectations are shared from the start.

What the mission produces

The intended effects are organisational first; commercial results follow from them.

  • Visibility over the addressable market

The client knows which organisations genuinely match the offer, and why.

  • A clarified message

The argument is written from the counterpart's point of view rather than the sender's.

  • Consistency of contact

Exchanges belong to a sequence rather than to a series of isolated initiatives.

  • A reusable base

The work carried out remains usable by the client's teams beyond the engagement.
